The Final Course is a tailored end-of-life planning session, part dinner party or afternoon tea, part practical workshop, held in the comfort of your own home.

Facilitated by Joh Nyx, this 2.5 hour session gently guides you and your guests through meaningful conversations about your end-of-life and death care wishes, while offering clear, practical support to get important planning underway.

You will receive clear guidance to begin (or update) your:

-Advance Care Directive

-Appointment of Medical Treatment Decision Maker and Enduring Power of Attorneys

1. -Map out your values and views around death care to help you make informed choices about funerals and body disposition

2. -Understand your options, rights, and what is legally possible in Victoria when it comes to funerals and after-death care

3. -Be supported with information and referrals to update or begin your Will, including common pitfalls to avoid

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear understanding of your options and a tangible starting point , with agreed next steps

Each participant will also receive:

1. -Printed and/or digital access to all relevant forms and helpful guides

2. -A custom Funeral and Body Wishes document

3. -Group agreed timeframes to support follow through

4. -Access to follow-up one on one support

5. -Referrals to relevant organisations or services where needed
